    I have the mega menu installed and set up through Customizer. On occasion, all of the settings I have for Mega Menu in Customizer disappear. I will attach screen shots in a private reply. I dont know what is causing the issue. I have some custom templates built so that I can integrate a 3rd party application but dont think that is the issue as the templates dont have to do with the menu area.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    I think I actually just found a fix. Inside the menu settings, there is a checkbox for: Force Filter UberMenu Settings. This seems to have taken care of it.
