Mega Menu doesn’t work for me at all. If you inspect the page you would see that it’s activated, but only the main top-level menu items show up as links!!!

I’ve checked your site but couldn’t see any mega menu classes in your navbar menu items. It’s showing simple dropdowns (see: http://prntscr.com/aodike). Please follow the steps correctly mentioned under our Mega Menus knowledge base article to show the mega menu in your navbar.

I’m trying to insert the mega menu at the footer not the header. Is that possible? How do I get the same look as this footer menu from the demo? http://theme.co/x/demo/ethos/1/

Mega menu is designed for the header navbar only. If you want to achieve a similar look as in our Ethos 1 footer, it is created using Footer Widget Areas. You can learn about Footer Widget Areas under Widgets section of this article: https://community.theme.co/kb/customizer-footer/
