Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thanks for updating the thread! You are requesting help for a third party plugin. This is beyond our scope of support. We usually take a look anyway to see if there is anything we can do. However, we are not the best support for plugins we don’t have any control over. Upon checking your site, we are not seeing any obvious errors either. It maybe that there is something conflicting, or it may be as you said that you may missed something. Either way, the best team to support in this issue would be the plugin’s developers.

One way to test if there is a conflict with X, you can switch to a default WordPress theme and if it works fine, then we know there is a conflict.

I am so sorry, I have made a mistake. Ofcourse I have to place this issue not here, but at the helpdesk of wp-types.
I think yesterday was not my best day 😉
