Hi,
Apologies if this has already been answered. I’ve tried searching but couldn’t find the answer.
The WP install has been setup so that updates and plugins are updated via svn, therefore all plugins need to be manually downloaded, upzipped and installed via ftp. Since X uses themeco-specific plugins, could you please point me to where I can manually download Slider Revolution and Visual Composer? I’ve found where to download the x-shortcodes plugin.
Many thanks in advance.
July 21, 2014 at 11:56 pm #71804Hey Gee,
The plugins are included with your download of X. They are located in x-2.2.0.zip\x\framework\plugins.
Thanks.

February 2, 2016 at 9:05 am #776111I have Installed X Theme, registered and created an API key. We can not update manually using ftp because it is considered a security risk here. I was able to manually install cornerstone because it is part of the download package. when we manually installed it into our plugins folder, the Dashboard/Addons/Extensions page lists our Cornerstone addon as “active” so that works.
We would like to add the other extensions manually, is there a way for us to obtain access without using ftp?
February 2, 2016 at 11:40 am #776360Hi @davet01
Thanks for updating in! All of the extensions are included on extensions folder on your X theme package (make sure to download full package from themeforest). Now you can install the plugins manually by uploading theme through Plugins > Add New. However we would suggest to install theme from X Addons -> Extensions.
Cheers!
