Hi there,
Sorry about the delay of this, I’ve just asked one of our lead developers who works on the validation system to take a look at this. You should be hearing back shortly.
Thank you for your patience.

Could please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope this would help.
April 21, 2016 at 3:50 pm #894298Rue Nel, I assure you all of that has been done. That’s not the issue. I’ve revoked the license at least 3 dozen times. It simply will not get verified by the theme. If I take any of my other licenses (6) and try to verify, they work without an issue.

I’ve just sent another reminder to the developer for you, thank you for your patience.
April 26, 2016 at 1:24 pm #900772pcomptoniwire,
I’m sorry we haven’t been able to address this to date. I’ve reviewed this thread, and it looks like the issues you were having happened with version 4.4.0 of X, and before our license page was updated. Normally we could diagnose the problem by logging in, but because we can’t seeing this is a developer environment, I’ll need to request that you first update X manually. This will give us a consistent baseline for troubleshooting.
Next, let me know:
1. The exact site URL you’re trying to validate, as shown in your WordPress dashboard under Settings > Site URL
2. The purchase code you’re working with (I know you have several, so I’d just like to confirm the correct one here).I can test the purchase code on the server side to see if there are any issues with it.
As validation and it’s benefits are a service we offer above and beyond the product itself, we can’t always guarantee full compatibility with systems in use. Although we’ll do what we can here to help you get this working. It may take a bit more time. It’s still fully possible to move forward building a site without being validated. X, Cornerstone, and all the Extensions can be installed and updated manually when needed.

If you’re still on a version of X prior to 4.4.0, you will need to assign the URL on the licenses page first. With X 4.4.0 and later, it will automatically assign the license for you.
May 5, 2016 at 1:00 pm #917062There isn’t a URL assigned to it right now…Because the key is absolutley, 100% worthless. I’ve since purchased other keys and they’ve worked just fine…This key is saying that it’s already assigned to another site, when clearly it’s not.
My X versions are up to date on all of my sites….The URL isn’t assigned because it doesn’t work. I’ve since have to purchase additional licenses for the other sites I’ve worked on….I seriously don’t understand why this has become such a disaster? I’ve told you repeatedly what EXACTLY the problem is. That key won’t validate, it’s as simple as that…but you guys keep dragging it out over $60. I’ve already purchased 6 licenses of this theme because I like working with it. I wish I could say the same about the support.
It’s simple…Remove that key from my purchased keys, and assign me a new one….Simple.
May 6, 2016 at 11:15 am #978766We can’t give you a new purchase code. Those are issued by Envato with each purchase. We’ll need to look into why the code isn’t working, which is why I requested the URL. I can see that one isn’t assigned, which is why I was asking for the URL in your WordPress dashboard that you intended to assign it to.
When you’re ready to continue looking into this, let me know what URL you’ve been trying to validate. Meanwhile, I’ve tried deleting the license, and re-adding it to your account. I’m not sure if this will make a difference, but you could try validating again.
Otherwise, if you’re unwilling to work with us on getting this resolved there isn’t much more we can help with.
May 9, 2016 at 12:47 pm #982679If I’m unwilling to work with you? I’ve been writing posts about this for nearly a month. I’d say I’m more than a little motivated to get it resolved. When I get a new site to build, I’ll assign it and we can hash it out then.
May 9, 2016 at 2:12 pm #982842Sure thing!
Please let us know and we’ll be happy to help all we can reassigning the code to your new site.
Thanks
