Updated my website to 4.4 and it is toast. It does not seem to be in the list of known conflicts. I see other people having issues, but they all seem to be different. I have updated both cornerstone and X (1.2 and 4.4 respectively). I have deactivated all third party plugins to no avail. Last backup is older than it should be and I’d rather rebuild than go back that far. Currently in maintenance mode. Went to rebuild main page to have something useable up and nothing seems to be working.
Please advise.

running wordpress 4.4.2 and x child theme: integrity light.
updated cornerstone to 1.2.1. actually made it worse. Should I uninstall and reinstall everything from scratch?
updated to 4.4.1. no change. still a disaster.
Here is the deal, I know you’ve got your hands full and I don’t expect you to answer quickly. I’m going to keep trying to figure out what I can do to fix the problem on my end and if I figure it out on my own I will let you know so you can skip over my nonsense and help someone who has more serious problems.

What was the version you were on previously? That looks like you may be using the old child theme format. If that’s the case, you should be able to quickly address this following the information under the notes for 4.3.3
child theme was it. feel dumb I didn’t think about updating that. Thanks for the help.
