    Hi!

    I have the Mailchimp extension activated and enabled single opt-in.

    My challenge is – even though I have turned off “send final welcome email” in Mailchimp, it still sends it. Could there be something in the extension settings that overrides this?

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Yes, the theme and the mailchimp plugin are fully updated. Please help!
