The extension works fine but the sign upo form is not showing up on a mobile phone

I have set it up differently on another page for a different list and that’s working fine. Thanks for any help

Thanks for writing in!

The Mailchimp form is working perfectly fine here. See attached!

Kindly clear cache by using one of the following plugins and check it again.

– W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
– WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
