    Hi,
    I’ve entered the Mailchimp API key into the email form field, and when I press update, the key disappears. I followed the forum threads and entered the following into the Mailchimp.php file: curl_setopt($this->ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false); but this has not helped. I use Chrome and have cleared the cache, I’ve also tried a different browser (Firefox) but the result is the same. Please advise. Thanks

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Mailchimp API key

    Hi there,

    Maybe it’s unable to connect to MailChimp server, but I like to confirm it first. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I’ll check if there is any error.

    Hi there,

    I can’t login through FTP, it says authentication fail. Maybe it’s blocking my connection request. Would you mind providing the panel credentials instead? Something with the file manager feature, that should be okay too.
