I have set up an opt-in form using the MailChimp add-on. However, when I test it by entering my email and clicking submit, the cursor changes to a circle with a diagonal line through it and the email address is not submitted to my MailChimp list. Please help. My url is http://www.jbcggame.com, WordPress version 4.5.2, X version 4.5.2 and cornerstone 1.2.4. Thanks

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
June 16, 2016 at 12:17 pm #1045529Tried testing for plug in conflict. It worked last night, it seemed like a conflict with the Duplicator plugin, which I removed, although I still got the cursor with the circle and line through it, but this morning it’s not working again.
June 16, 2016 at 12:20 pm #1045530On further inspection, it did work but the pop-up success message did not come up. Also, can I use css to change the cursor appearance? I’m afraid the circle with the line through it will make people think that they’re submission did not go through and that they will either try over again a couple of times or just forget about signing up.
June 16, 2016 at 1:42 pm #1045663Hi Randi,
I Turned the plugin off and ON and now the success message is appearing.
Please have a look.
Let us know if you need help with anything else.

July 11, 2016 at 11:23 am #1081686I still am having problems with the success message appearing. I checked my Chrome developer console messages and this is what I see:
(index):1 XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://randykarey.com/jbcggame/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://jbcggame.com’ is therefore not allowed access.July 11, 2016 at 8:30 pm #1082468Hi there,
