Hey Themeco Team,

As always Theme X is a great product and I love it!

Currently however I am having issues with the MailChimp Email Form Extension.

After completing the form located on this this page
The form successfully seems to connect to MailChimp and redirects to the Thank You page.

Unfortunately. The new registrations made are not appearing in MailChimp. Screenshot here.

After reading the thread here I made sure that there were no set required fields.

This can be verified at this screenshot.

I know for sure the extension had worked correctly prior because I did see a test registration verified in my MailChimp account ( I have since deleted the test ).

Thanks for posting in.

All user that subscribes to mailchimp should confirm their subscription first. Example, when you subscribe an email, mailchimp will send you an email to confirm your subscription and you have to click/visit the button/link. Once confirmed, your email will be added to the listing.

Hi there,

If the notification emails are not sending, most probably it could be due to a hosting related issue. Depending on spam or white-list settings on your mail servers, this could prevent you from sending the notifications correctly. Please check the SPAM folder of an email account to see if there any notifications.

The best thing is to setup a SMTP server to send your emails which you can do that using a plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/).

Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

Fixed it. Needed to verify my account with MailChimp.
