    Hi, I set up a mailchimp integration and a form.
    The page is: mediavoxpop.com/team

    I set up everything but when I complete the form it does not seem to work.

    Could you please check?

    Hi there,

    There is form for contact us, I guess you are using that for subscription. I am not sure why you are using a Subscription form as Contact form because each email needs to be verified before it goes to the subscription list. So if the user doesn’t verify then you won’t get him in list. So it’s really confusing if you say “Contact Us” for subscription. Now let me know what’s not actually working since the form is submitting properly as I can see.

    Yes, I have seen that there is the need for confirmation.

    But when I registered I do not get any mail. I do not know how to fix it.

    Hi there,

    Are you using our Mailchimp extension? In that case make sure to connect with your account and select a list.

    Hi Fabio,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Upon checking your setup, looks like it’s connected and there should not be any issue. I can’t find the form anymore on the page as it’s not there. Would you point us the form and recheck again?
