    I’ve read a bunch of replies on this subject, but none of the fixes are working for me.

    I’m getting the message:
    “We’re sorry! Something went wrong. We were unable to add your email to the list. Please try again later.”

    Please can someone login and have a look.

    x version 4.6.4
    cornerstone 1.3.3

    Hi Darshana, I mentioned above that the “Flyer” sign up form works fine.
    It’s the “events” sign up form that I’m having issues with and it’s still the same.

    Hi thanks, can yu tell me what you did? It’s not adding to our mailchimp list. and when i click it the cursor still turns into a “no entry” icon.

    Hi Richard,

    The email must need to confirm the subscription and only then you will see that in list. So if you are testing, make sure to confirm the email.

    Hi there,

    Edit an email form and save changes OR re-create an email form will resolve most of the caching issues and will started to function properly.

    Hi there,

    Which isn’t one working? I just tried and it’s working. Please note that you can’t use same email when testing it, if it’s already registered in the system.
