1-Divide your row in wo columns
On each column place a Custom headline element left aligned. Turn On Accent.
That is it.
If you want to add text to the left side you add a text element, if you want to add a form to the right side, you need to go to WP Admin Dashboard > Addons > Install contact form > Create your form > Than go back to Cornerstone and add a Contact Form 7 Element.

I have not had time to work on this since your last message, however, I have commenced the work again and I have made all of the changes that you mentioned, however, the columns are still not aligned as you can see from my attachment. What is it that I am missing? Thank you!
Yes, that fixed it. Tks! One more question, how do I close the spacing in between lines? I am adding our address and when I do the spacing in between is way too much. I want the lines to be closer together.
