I’m experiencing issues with my logo. In Google Chrome and other browsers, the logo looks great. But, in Internet Explorer the logo looks grainy and low quality.
I cannot have this inconsistency with something as prominent as my logo. I’d appreciate your help.
I’ve attached photos of the logo to compare. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in.
Would you mind sharing us the version of IE you used.
Please try also to reduce your logo. Atleast 500px width.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
March 28, 2016 at 9:12 am #855108The version of IE that looks bad is IE 11. Also, my logo is already set at a 500px width.
Please let me know if there is another reason why the quality is so bad. Thanks!
March 28, 2016 at 11:08 am #855240Hi there,
Thanks for updating. It seems a rendering issue of IE. IE was never a standard browser for it’s low quality rendering and performance and hence abandoned by Microsoft already. When a large logo is shrinked to small size the issue might appear on IE. You can try reducing the size to 400px to 500px. Currently it’s 2572px × 797px that is insanely large for a small logo and IE couldn’t handle to preserve the quality after resizing.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!
