    Hello!

    I am building a website in X theme and I uploaded my logo in the menu bar. The logo shows up fine in Safari but on chrome and other browsers it shows up broken (see screenshot in the attached). Please tell me what I need to do in order to ensure that my logo shows up crystal clear in all browsers. Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that an image file should only be in .jpg, .gif or .png. At the moment, you have uploaded .pdf which is not a valid image format. Please create your logo in an image editor like Corel, Photoshop or GIMP and export it as .jpg, .gif or .png file.

    If you need anything else, please let us know.
