Thank you guys again so much. I think this may be the last time hearing from me in a while! or tomorrow not really sure.

Anyway! Logo is not working properly on mobile device.
1. Revolution Slider on home page doesn’t load
2. Logo in header nav bar shows a box-square

I have the logo uploaded as a .png file at 400X400px. If that is wrong could what file and size should logo be?

The logo is not even working on desktop, because image is not there. http://www.the5nineteen.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/519.png, you can re-upload a new one.

And about the slider, do you have at least one transparent slide? You’re displaying a background video which may not play on some mobile and poster/cover image should be added as well.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

What you could be seeing is cache since the images are already downloaded by your browser.

The only reason I could think of is because your logo is too big and using CMYK format. I downloaded your image to my machine and I can’t even view it. Please re-edit it and use RGB color and not CMYK, and also make it smaller (not the image resolution, but file size).

Do you have any application at your machine that supports CMYK? Could it be the reason it works at your end.

hmmm i think this may be above my skill level. I made the logo in Illustrator and png in Photoshop. let me look around and see if I can find out the to switch to RGB. I have tried before and couldn’t figure out in illustrator tho how to make file smaller.

Ill do some digging.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

You can try opening the file in photoshop then adjust image size and save it for web.
Then re-upload it to your site.
