Hi there,

I have updated to wp 3.9
and X 1.8.4 with installed child theme integrity light.

there seems to be a problem in viewing my business logo in the header from mobile devices.

please can you advise me on this.

Same Problem here! What can we do to fix?

What further details do you require?? If you look at my site from a computer the logo is fine, if you look at it from an iPad it does not show.

The logo is the image you upload in the header section of the customiser. Did you view from a mobile device??

…sorry to keep adding to message. Have just tried viewing my site from a different web browser on both a tablet and mobile, but still no joy, the space where my logo should appear is a white square box. (as mention it is fine on a computer)

Hi John,

Your logo file is rather large, which could explain why it’s not loading properly on mobile devices.

I’d recommend reducing your logo so that it is 540px wide, and reupload it to Customizer. Because you have the logo width in Customizer set to 270px, retina and high density devices can show the double sized version quite nicely in that space.

Give this a try, and let us know how it works for you.
