It could be a layer added to your slides. You can check for this layer in your slider and remove it. If it doesn’t help, please provide us with your URL so we can take a closer look to it.

Yes, I still have this problem.
If you look in revolution slider is a slide called “Format”; if you try to do a preview of this slide, you will see a small logo that appears on the top left “EZ” I can not find to delete it.
On the same slide I have trouble viewing on other devices (netbooks, ipads, smartphones); the pictures are all decentralized.
I hope I explained myself.

How do I remove and add my own pictures on the home screen for the Agency template? I am trying to figure how to remove the cell phone picture on rev slider with my own.

To remove the EZ logo in the Rev slider, please edit your slider and find the global static global layer settings. You should be able to delete the logo from there. Please see the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/tUGHrAi.png

The cellphone picture in the other slider can still be remove by editing your slider and find the slide which the cellphone is inserted.

A last question,

that logo, that thanks you have been able to take off, was located in the upper left, but if I try to put an image on the upper left is much more decentralized. Example for the arrow that I put on the slide “format” is not aligned to the left.

    left: -57px !important;
}
