LPerry378ParticipantHello,
I’ve just updated from an old theme to X. I’ve updated WP to the latest version too.
The first problem I’ve noticed is when clicking the box to upload a Logo, nothing happens. On my friends site it works just fine. Could you have a look please? I am quite frustrated and don’t know what the problem is…
– http://www.industrialheritagestronghold.com/?page_id=632Secondly, I am trying to colour match the theme to a photoshop mockup ( http://wp.me/a7vkdq-iN ).
I have found most of the areas in the Customizer feature to change the colours, but not the main posting field? It remains white. I have looked through the options multiple times and cannot find how to change this.Kind Regards,

RupokMemberHi Luke,
Thanks for writing in!
For the first issue, it seems you are referring the admin area or customizer. Would you clarify a bit where you are facing? If that in admin are then provide your WordPress login credentials in a private reply so that we could have a look.
And to change the content background, you can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.
.site { background-color: #312927; }Hope this helps.
Cheers!

ThaiModeratorHi Luke,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

LPerry378ParticipantHiya,
There are actually no plugins there other than the X ones… Would you recommend some sort of WP reinstall or something?
Any advise would be much appreciated..
Thank you

RupokMemberHi Luke,
Thanks for updating. I think there is something wrong with your WordPress installation because I can’t even go to Customizer on hovering Appearance menu as it won’t show on hover, same goes for other admin menus (Settings, Tools etc.).
You can try disabling Jetpack (as I am not sure which feature of Jetpack you are using) and check again. If the issue still persist, you can try re-installing WordPress from Dashboard > Updates.
Cheers!
