ThaiModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

quituckParticipantOkay. Thank you.
I have another question.
I have a short code for a MailChimp pop up form. I’m not sure where to place this being that I have a link for my home page.
Do you know where I can place this so this form pops-up when visitors enter my site?
Thanks

RahulModeratorHi there,
The popup is already working on your website as I can see. There’s no need to add any code if the popup is created via mailchimp plugin. You just have to set it up and activate it.
Thanks

quituckParticipantHi,
Yes I currently have pop-up through a MailMunch plugin not MailChimp. I would like to use a MailChimp pop-up form not to be confused with MailMunch. I just don’t know where to paste the code because my home page is using a link. If my home page was an actual page I could paste the code there but its not. Any idea where I can put this pop-up code?Thank you for your time.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! As you are using blog index as home page so you can’t paste any code there. I am not sure how your plugin works as we don’t provide support for third party plugins but we could show you alternative to achieve this. You could use ConvertPlug which doesn’t needs to paste any code. You can also integrate Mailchimp with that.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!

quituckParticipantAwesome, that worked out even better for me. I didn’t have that plugin installed for some reason. Everything turned out great.
