    Hi,

    I have activated x-theme but can’t generate an api key. It doesn’t appear to be available at all. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I have tried to go through that process but Cornerstone is not available via the add-ons even though it is activated. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. If you are on the latest X version, like if you just installed it. Cornerstone would have installed automatically in the background as it is a required plugin. Also, you no longer need to generate an API key as you can use your license/purchase code directly.

    That should get your site validated. You can assign URLs from your manage license page here on Theme.co.

    If you still run into issues, Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – License/Purchase Code
