I can’t for the life of me get the localhost validation to work and I have tried every link I can find in the forums with same issue.

I have 2 hosted sites. My company site (which is the one I plan on replacing with X theme) and a personal site that is just a landing page and not active. I configured an AMPPS setup but am having issues so I was just going to build my company site on my personal site just so I can validate and then transfer the wordpress files over to the Company host when I am done.

I hope that makes sense. Basically I think I need you to delete my account so I can use the purchase code on another account. Let me know what information I need to send to you. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! All you need to do is go into your Account settings here on Theme.co and then to licenses. Revoke the API key for the site you don’t want to use at the moment. Then generate a new key for the domain you will host your temporary site. Use that key to validate. If you still run into issues, we will need to check your site. Please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
– API Key

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
