Paul RModeratorI checked your site with page speed and I can see you got a pretty high score but slow server response time.

I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

Paul RModeratorHi,
I would like to check but the default login url does not work.
I tried wp-admin and wp-login.php.
Can you provide us your login url.
Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
Are they able to provide information which plugin is causing this? Please backup your site and I’ll disable your site, this process may reset some of your plugin’s setting.
Though, it’s not slow in my end.
Thanks.

GarryParticipantIm sorry i dont understand what do you mean. My hosting provider just tell me to check it one by one. Can you help me to identify the specific plugin causing problem on my site?
February 11, 2017 at 6:07 am #1366936
RadModeratorHi there,
You can disable all the plugins, then check if there is any speed improvement (which confirm that one of the plugins is the culprit).
Then enable a plugin then check if there is any speed issue, if there is, then the last plugin that you enable is the culprit, else, enable the next plugin and check if there is any speed issue, then repeat the process until you reach the last plugin.
I could do that, but please backup your site first. Plus, I can’t guarantee if I can find the issue since it’s not slow on my end.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Please try Autoptimize plugin instead of W3cache. It’s simpler one.
Thanks!
