    Dear support Team,
I created a Video Gallery (http://somatic-experiencing-europe.org/se-videos/) and everything works just fine in chrome. In Firefox though the lightbox tries to open but seems to not to be able to find the videos. I played around with the different options in the lightbox shortcode but nothing helped. Can you help me out?
    Im using wordpress 3.9.1 and X 1.8.4
    Thank you,

    Moritz

    Hi Moritz,

    Thank you for writing in!

I just noticed that instead it use the player, it downloads the showckwave(flash) object that suppose to play the video.

I noted this bug and will keep you posted.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I’m experiencing the same problems with content not loading in Lightboxes in Firefox. Works perfectly in Chrome and Safari.

    Example here:

http://timgroves.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/ (in the websites section, click on the web screenshot and it should open in lightbox)

Is there an update on this bug fix?

    thanks

I should add, that I’ve isolated this problem to Firefox on Mac. It appears it works fine on Firefox for PC.

    Dear Support Team
I put the video gallery offline since October. Do you still have this bug in mind or do I have to find a solution for this with an external lightbox plugin?
    cheers,

    Hi Mortiz,

It should be fixed from the latest version. But I rechecked your site and it has javascript errors which maybe the probable cause why it isn’t working. Plus, you’re already using latest WordPress 4.1 which is incompatible with X older that 3.0.

For us to continue to investigate, we must clear your current issues first, the javascript errors and incompatibility. You can do that by upgrading your theme and plugins.

    These should help you :

    Thanks!
