I purchased a second license through Envato market because I didn’t think about buying another one through themeco. When I got to validate the license on Themeco site, I only see the existing code to validate.
What am I doing wrong?
Sorry! I was being too impatient in waiting for the email confirmation with the code.
For future reference, is is possible to get a purchase code directly from Envato?
Hi @johnbbyrd – You can seel all purchases on your Envato account but in order to work they need to be assigned to your themeco account.
