MaxParticipantHi,
Yesterday I bought X but can’t validate the license.
When I paste my Envato purchase code and hit enter as the placeholder asks it’s going to /wp-admin/admin.php? and shows a blank page.Do you have a solution for this?
WordPress version: 4.4.2
X version: 4.4.1Kind Regards,
Max

RupokMemberHi Max,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Your purchase codeDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

JackKeymasterHi there Max,
Thanks for writing back.
I’ve logged in and see there’s a fatal error in your admin dashboard from simple pie, it’s possible this is breaking the ajax post request and response on validation.
Could you provide us FTP details in a private reply please so we can further investigate.
Thanks!

JadeModeratorHi Max,
Before installing WordPress you should check with your hosting provider if they meets the minimum server requirements: http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
If yes, then the most of the time these kind of errors are files permissions related that causes the error: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
It could also be possible that WordPress was not installed correctly so it might help if you try to make a fresh install of everything since the site does not have much content or is not setup yet.
Hope this helps.

MaxParticipantHi Jade,
Reinstalling did the job so the problem is fixed.
The only thing I found disturbing is that the Under construction page was turned off so everybody could see the default page of WordPress. Not very happy about that, but thanks for the support.
