    Hello. I moved my site to a different server and need to transfer the license. I entered the domain (IP for now) of the new server. I can’t get it activated on the new server. Please help. Thanks!

    You can remove / add and mange your licenses under Account > Manage Licenses or by going here: https://community.theme.co/users/rmoswald/licenses/

    Hi there,

    I have checked the link you have provided but I can’t seem to see any errors you have mentioned. Instead, the page content area does not display anything. See screenshot below.

    One of the developers must have turned ‘WP_DEBUG” to false. I turned it back on.

    We are still also having the problem of not being able to activate the theme on the new server.

    Hey There,

    I’ve validated the site for you “API Key Successfuly Validated!”. The error that gets triggered is caused by a social plugin which I would recommend reinstalling/activating to resolve this.
