    I have added a new Envato purchase code to my Manage Licenses page here https://community.theme.co/users/markaym/licenses/, but the site still shows no active license. https://screencast.com/t/vLD3tDP2s

    I have logged out, cleared cache and logged back in with no change.

    Suggestions?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Please try revalidating your Domain again. Remove the domain then validate again. Then add the purchase again in your wordpress.

    If still not helping, please share us your admin credentials and the purchase code in private reply.
