    Hi,

    I have just used the new license management with prod and dev sites and i am facing update issue now. I precise I have well bought a license per Xtheme installation for all my prod sites.

    I have unassigned the domain which where the dev site ; i assigned the license to the future target domain as prod site ; and i setted the dev site domain (which is totally different from my prod domain)

    Unfortunateley, when i try now to update from XTheme 4.4.1 to 4.4.2, i have an error message on my dev site :
    “Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de X. Pas d’archive de mise à jour disponible.”.

    In english, it means : “an error occurred while updating X. No update archives available”

    Can you help ? Thanks a lot !

    PS : same issue on another site on which i have updated to 4.4.2 before making domain prod / dev changes. And i encounter now the same message when i try to update Visual Composer plugin.

    PS : are you sure other customers in this forum thread won’t be able to read this private reply ?

    Don’t worry, all private replies are only visible by staff, no other members of the forum can see private replies. 🙂

    I’ve checked and it’s looking like there could be a transient issue, as while X is showing as validated, if you go to the wp-admin > Appearance, it’s actually returning it’s not validating, which is why it can’t get the package, can you revoke the validation on the sites.

    Then clear your transients using something such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/

    Then go to your Themeco account > Manage Licenses and re-assign the licenses and see if it works correctly then?

    Perfect !

    Revoking and revalidating was ok for one of the sites ; cleaning transients helped for the second.

    Solved mine too, just so you know and you can fix it: your license system do not work with Safari. I added the URL using Chrome and it works.
