Hello,
I have 2 x-theme licenses but only 1 is listed under my account. I downloaded the Item Purchase Code and tried to apply it to my account but it says it is registered to another account. I need to get this Purchase Code to my account but I don’t know how to do that since I have no idea what account it is registered to.
I can provide you with all the purchase details but I need you to register this Purchase Code to the correct account.
I will put the info in a followup private response. Please let me know how we can proceed to get this fixed.Thanks,

No problem. I’ve just moved the license to your account. You’ll just need to revalidate the site now, as the API key is site specific. With the new X 4.4.0 changes, this is as simple as entering the purchase code into the new site. It will reconnect everything for you.
