    How can i validate an API key for an IP wordpress test website before i can run the update on my live environment.

    I was able to do this before the new release.

    Hello There,

    Regretfully IP address is not accepted in assigning your license. A domain name is needed to generate an api key. A license needs to be assigned to a domain. You need to have a domain name or at least create a virtual host domain in your server. Perhaps this link might help: http://corz.org/server/tricks/virtual.domain.php
