    Hey guys,

I’m having a bit of trouble with this one, even though I pressume it’s an easy fix..
I am currently building a website for a new business of mine with the X theme for WordPress.

What I want to do is this: I setup a new section and added a row. As Layout I selected 2/3 and 1/3, which works as expected.
Now I want to give the 1/3 column a background color, which also works fine. But there’s a 60px margin built into the theme, which stays white even when I select a background color. That looks kind of weird. But I also don’t want to remove the margin for the whole website, because it would move all the content to the far outer edges of the page.

I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see what I’m talking about.

Is there a way to set the background color so that it’ll fill the column all the way to the edge? I’ve set all margins and paddings for the section, row and column to 0 and also selected marginless columns in the options.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi there,

Please disable ‘Column container’ option from row settings to make row full width.

    Thanks.

    Hey there!

Thanks for the info, unfortunately it didn’t lead to the result.

I tried using the suggested settings on another page of my website, but “column container” on or off doesn’t do any difference whatsoever.

I have attached another screenshot. Settings are: row with 1/3 1/3 1/3 layout, column container is deactivated. But still I have the white margin on the left and right side.

    Any suggestions?
