    I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugins, but cannot understand how to fix it>

    Upon inspection i can see following error on browser console:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.agdesignpesaro.com/store/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/site/stacks/integrity-light.css
    

    It means the stylesheet is somehow deleted from your x directory. You can upload it again via FTP or can you please provide us the FTP details in a private message so we can take a look.

    Hi,

    I download X again, but the “css” dir contains only 2 dir: “dist” and “src”, where can i find the “integrity-light.css” file?

    Why the link in this post:

    and the one i received by email is not the same?

    Hi,

    this is line in css file:

    @import url( ‘../x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/integrity-light.css’ );

    but don’t fix the problem.

    In the main site:

    Aerografia Caschi

    the line is still:
    @import url( ‘../x/framework/css/site/stacks/integrity-light.css’ );

    and it works well.

    I downloaded the child again here:
    https://community.theme.co/child-theme/

    but it looks like same the one in my website (v. 1.0.0)

    I can try to uload it, but how to do it with lost the customization?

    Hi Gio,

    If the version of the child theme currently installed to your site is the updated one, you don’t have to upload another child theme and just leave it as is.

    I didn’t say that my child theme is updated, i said that i downloaded the child theme again here:
    https://community.theme.co/child-theme/
    and it says V3.2.2

    but the downloaded file is this:

    Author URI: http://theme.co/

    */

    anyway I need to fix the layout of the website, I tried to fix the issue using the string from the other thread, but it didn’t work.

    The version number mentioned in our child theme article is of the X theme and not the child theme itself (see: http://prntscr.com/axvvee).

    Regarding the layout issue, I have checked your site and it seems to be fixed now (see: http://prntscr.com/axvvyd). Would you mind confirming again?

    Hello There,

    Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence or W3 Total Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    Total Cache is deactivated and I’m not using Cloudfare in the store.

    It’s active on the main site but not in the store.

    But I cannot understand why in the 1st msg the issue was the css style file missing and then you can see the right layout, like in the your link above:
