    Hi,

    Thanks for the Theme. It is Awesome.

    I am having a problem with layerslide.

    I am making a slide that it is in High resolution when it is in the plugin but when I upload to the site it goes to a low resolution. Why?

    Another question. If the addons come with the theme why they are asking me a purchase code?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! To assist you with this we need to check both backend and front-end to see the issue on both end. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Regarding the other question – Layer Slider is an Integrated Plugin of X. You don’t need to activate it to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features (i.e. direct support from kreatura) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon.

    Hope this makes sense.
