    Hi,

    I wonder how I should do to get the latest version of WooCommerce as its already out, but nothing comes up for updates in my WP admin.

    I have version 2.7.0-beta-1, but now Beta 2 is out (Version 2.7.0-beta-2.

    Hi Sandra,

    You can find the latest stable version from Version Compatibility article. And you can download any version of WooCommerce from here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/

    Hi,

    But all those versions that where in the links are older versions and not the latest.

    From Version Compatibility you only support the version 2.6.9

    And the latest I can download is Version 2.6.14 on WooCommerce.

    So where do I find the latest version 2.7.0-beta-2?

    As I understand I got version 2.7.0-beta-1 installed right now.

    The reason why I wonder is because I can’t get everything to translate into Swedish, and due to that I don’t have the latest version could be one reason.

    Hi Sandra,

    You need to install the old version v2.6.9 as that is the one that is compatible with the current version of xtheme.

    If I install the older version v2.6.9 will all my products and settings go away then? How do I do to keep them and still change to the old install?

    Hi there,

    You won’t loose your products as they are stored in database. You should connect to FTP and replace compatible version with existing one under wp-content/plugins.

    Hi,

    Do you know when theme X will be compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce?

    Just wonder so I don’t miss out on the latest stuff from WooCommerce as the compatible version with X right now is missing out on the latest updates from WooCommerce.

    Can this version trouble have to do with the fact that all the text strings in my e-commerce don’t translate from english to swedish?

    Regretfully, we don’t have news about when the latest version would be supported. Please stay tuned.

    I could affect translation so it’s best to use the version listed at https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    I have now installed version 2.6.9 of WooCommerce. After doing that all the products disapered from my shopping page.

    How do I get them back?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
