lehervParticipantHi guys,
I looked around a lot and thought about different kinds of solutions for making a Knowledge Base / Forum Solution for the Customers of my company .
It should be accessible through login only so just existing customers have access to the training-videos.I could do it with multisite and an additional theme just for that purpose or with plugins – premium plugins would be necessary i think the free ones are not really good…
I really like how this Forum and Knowledge Base are designed so I wanted to ask what you used – maybe you can point me in the right direction.
Would really appreciate it.
Greetings

MigsParticipantAccording to the source, they use BBPress and a custom theme

lehervParticipantSo the knowledge base part will be coming from the custom theme I guess?
Know any good solutions on what to use yourself?

MigsParticipantThe knowledge base is just lists of posts, by the look of it, separated into categories on the page.
Styled within the theme, though, yes

ChristianModeratorThis could be achieved using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-knowledgebase/ or custom development. Please take note though, that we cannot provide support for 3rd party plugins or scripts.
Thanks.

lehervParticipantThanks Migs and Christian.
Oh did not know those could just be posts… hm
I tried WP Knowledgebase – lacks customization options if you are no coding pro though 🙁
