Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating this thread. Please keep in mind that one license can be used to validate the live site and the staging site. To properly validate both your live site and staging site, please do this:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

futurefinancepartnersParticipanthi there,
I’ve done as described above many times and it keeps reverting back to not validated after a short while.
The site is live not a staging site.
This has to be some sort of bug or conflict.March 4, 2017 at 6:17 pm #1394683

RadModeratorHi there,
I just checked and there is no issue with validation, it still validated. It’s probably related to database caching or transients which makes the data volatile. It doesn’t happen on any of my installation, all data, configuration, validation status are saved in the database. Let us know when the issue appears again so we could retry it and get some details, I can’t do it as of now since there is still no issues with validation.
Thanks!
