    Hi there,

    X keeps asking me to validate my license.
    How do I stop this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated including your X theme and Cornerstone plugin. You can check the version numbers here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/). You need to have the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin in-order to correctly function our validation process.

    my x theme and cornerstone are updated.
    I can validate but after a few weeks it reverts back to unregistered and ask me to validate again.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Please note that this is not a bug or a known issue.

    We haven’t experience this across our test sites.

    Kindly observe and let us know when this usually happens so we can investigate further.

    Hi Paul,

    Please read my previous post on this thread. It keeps reverting to unregistered after a few hours or days.
    So i have to reenter the purchase code each time, it’s really annoying and time consuming. How can this be fixed permanently?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Kind re-assign your site again. Go to Dashboard and Revoke the validation and then remove the site from the ThemeCo account. And follow the validation process once again. For more information on validation the product, you can follow below mentioned link :

    Hi There

    I unregistered my site and validated the code and again as instructed above i get the same issue again. It keeps asking me to validate my license.
