    Hi,

    I’m trying to upload the json file of the Renew 07 layout, but it won’t upload. It gives me the following error:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

    I will post my website info in a private post below.

    Hi Mark,

    Not sure what happened, but you should extract the downloaded zip package for customizer setting. Then import the json file at Admin > Addons > Customizer Manager. Do not use Admin > Tools > Import.

    WXR contains wordpress’s post, pages, or data content. WXR import is not for customizer setting.

    Hi,

    Ohhh I must’ve overlooked! I was under the impression that I had to use the import function. Thanks for the quick reply!
    One more question though, would you have the rev slider settings you use for your Renew 07 demo somewhere for share?

    Hey Mark,

    Glad you’ve sorted it out. For revolution slider you’ll need to setup the slider manually as per your need.

    Hi,

    I’ll try to figure it out myself, no worries. One more question (the last one!): http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/7/pages/fullwidth/
    What is the shortcode you used to get the text to be in some sort of container without using “Blank – Container | Header, Footer”? If I’m using “Blank – No Container | Header, Footer” the text is aligned to the edges of the content holder.

    It’s content band option 🙂

    [content_band inner_container=”true”] for standard format.

    [vc_row inner_container=”true”] for visual composer format.
