Jan HooglandParticipantHi,
I’am trying to implement jquery on my dev-site, but it doesn’t work. Is there a jquery code embed with Theme x? Or do I have to do this manually? On the form I saw that I can place a code in functions.php to add jquery in the header or the footer. I did, but it doesn’t work.

RupokMemberHi there,
jQuery library is integrated to WordPress. So if you us any jQuery script then it will work fine. So I guess your code is not correct or you are not using them on right place. You can add your script under Custom > JavaScript in the Customizer.
Cheers!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I added JS code under cornerstone settings tab/custom js and replaced all $ by jQuery. Also added a custom class to your button. The code works fine now, please check.
Thanks.

Jan HooglandParticipantHi,
Yes, it works!
Out of curiosity: why doesn’t the $-sign work?
Thanks!
