jaynewayneParticipantThe attached javascript errors appear to be interfering with the Revolution Slider function on http://www.diamondcannabis.org.
Could I get some IT support for this? We recently reinstalled an SSL, so this may have triggered some of the errors.
please advise. Happy to provide login details privately. All plugins are up to date as is X theme and WordPress.May 3, 2016 at 2:30 am #910310

JadeModeratorHi Jayne,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Sorry but I could not login with the given credentials. Also, please ensure that you’re using the Slider Revolution that comes bundled with X to ensure compatibility.
Thanks.

LelyModeratorHello There,
I am able to login now.
Can you try disabling the following plugins:
Custom Facebook Feed Pro – Carousel and Custom Facebook Feed Pro Developer? Then before checking again, please purge/delete cache.
The first two error:carousel.js?ver=4.5.1:36 Uncaught TypeError: a.$elem.on is not a function cff-scripts.js:7 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).on is not a functionare coming from those plugin. There might be conflict with that and it is important to delete cache before checking again. Do let us know how this goes.
Always,

LelyModeratorHi There,
We don’t officially recommend caching plugin but most users that I’ve seen are using W3 TOTAL CACHE. Before we look into caching, please go to Revolution Slider > Global Settings > Insert JavaSscript into Footer :SET THIS TO ON. See attached screenshot. Then check again and let us know how this goes.

jaynewayneParticipantIt seems those screen shots were too big. They just showed the front end slider area blank while all plugins were disabled except cache and revolution slider. Another of the slider trying to populate and another with the x theme inactive.

jaynewayneParticipantIs any of this of interest?

RadModeratorHi there,
Something is overriding the front end’s jQuery. When I test in the front end, the jQuery.isNumeric is undefined. But when I checked on your site’s backend, it does exists. I checked all my installation’s front end and it does exists too.
Would it be okay if I disabled all the plugin? But since this is live, I’ll wait your approval and please backup your site.
Thanks!
