After upgrading X theme on a certain site which I did manually none of my X plugins will update, all come back with various errors on update. I found the cornerstone zip file and updated that manually, worked fine. I have 20 envira galleries and deleting all of those and adding them again manually is really not an option, how can I get the the zips to the rest of the plugins? Or can you fix this issue otherwise? Thank you.
Also I feel that I’m a pretty good customers having purchased 6 licenses, steering a lot of my clients in your direction and I have yet to recieve a customer service response from a posting here, this is a little concerning to me. Are there other support options?
Nevermind, website url changed, had to update license, found all plugin zips in download from evanto. Thanks.
