    Hello There,

    I have logged in to your site and investigated the issue. I can confirm the issue as a matter of fact I have tried revoking the license and it is not going through because of an error 500 ajax call. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

    So, I actually already have those lines of code in the wp-config.php. Any other ideas you can help me with you?

    Hi Monica,

    As reference to Reply #895827, you said that you have purchase key for earthcolor.com, and another purchase key for pharmamarketing.earthcolor.com

    But since it’s a multi-site, please try validating your pharmamarketing.earthcolor.com using the key used for earthcolor.com.

    But even if you do these, automatic updates will not work. In multi -ite, automatic updates are done through network admin. Automatic update coding is done within the theme, but, there is no active theme within the network admin. Hence, no active, no code to execute for automatic update. That’s same for plugins. The only option, for now, is manual update when it comes to multi-site. Though, we’re still looking for some workaround.
