    Hi there,

    Please add following code in Customize -> Custom -> CSS :

    .x-container.wpb_row {
        max-width: 1470px;
        width: 86%;
    }
    .home div#x-content-band-3 .x-column {
        width: 16.5%;
    }

    Thank you, but I still need to update my plugins. I can’t access cornerstone or visual composer properly. I think will help to be able to fix the columns. Attached is a screenshot of the error message I’m getting.

    I’ve tried to revoke my licensing and updated the licenses through the Themeco Community. It’s still not allowing me to download the plugins. I did realize the licensing was for my staging site, so I have revoked it and transferred to my production site. Also, labeling the staging site within the managing site section.

    Please let me know if you have any other suggestions to help with this issue. Thanks!

    Hello Monica,

    Thanks for updating this thread!

    Please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hi there,

    Yes, please use the purchase code of the root site of a multi-site installation. This mean, you’ll use the purchase code assigned on earthcolor.com

    And updates will most likely fail on multi-site because updates are done on network admin where there are no plugins or themes are active. Automatic update is only active if the theme is active.
