    Hello Support,

    For some reason, I am not able to use either of these builders right now. Today, I attempted to create a new page with Cornerstone, as I aim to migrate all the pages to it.

    However, it caused an issue with my client’s site: http://www.easea.org – the error log returned as follows:

    So, I deactivated it, along with the X Shortcodes…however now, VC won’t work correctly either!

    I can load the page, see the VC options, but, when I click to choose elements, they won’t load.

    Thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! It seems you are still using X Shortcodes plugin which has been replaced by Cornerstone. Kindly remove the X Shortcodes plugin and install Cornerstone and everything should be fine.
