CGROUP2ParticipantI moved my build site to the live site and now the license is not working. So i went in and revoked the license and added the correct domain now for the license number. It still does not work and I’m having issue with updating things within the site. Can you help.

RubinKeymasterHey There,
I’ve tried validating your site and it also failed. This looks like your hosting provider is blocking the outgoing connection to our server. Can you reach out to them and ask them if they block anything.
You can use this email template as a starting point:
“Hello [provider],
My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to community.theme.co for setting up automatic updates. Here is the error message I’m receiving:
[screenshot, or copy/paste the verbose error message (see above regarding the &x-verbose flag)]
Could you please do the following?
– Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
– Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
– Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
– Check into the error message above. Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you.”

CGROUP2ParticipantIt was working with the build site and then all the sudden (when we moved everything over to production), neither of them work properly. I have a feeling it is because of seeing the 2 connections and they were not both setup in the system to begin with. The build and production environment is on the same server and it wasn’t being blocked before.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
I just checked your WordPress backend and I cannot even install a plugin through WordPress repository. This should be a server related or configuration issue. Please ask your hosting provider to investigate this for you.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
There is an internal server error when validating your site. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I like to see the detail of the error and it’s only possible with debug logs and FTP.
Object {readyState: 4, responseText: "", status: 500, statusText: "Internal Server Error"}Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s because of CaptainForm plugin and it’s triggers internal server error. I disabled it and validation works.
Thanks.
