    Hi,
    I am posting the purchase code within the installation of x but I get the following error:
    “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an X purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”
    Why?
    It is my fourteenth copy of X and it never occurred this error …

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Code

    Now it works!
    So, I suppose, it was a temporary error
