Hi there,
I installed X without any issues, however after installing and activating the Woo Commerce plugin, I now get the error below:
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire instance of WordPress (to a new directory just to be sure), but unfortunately get the same error in the new WP instance too.
I have been through the forum and have found this error mentioned a few times, but not in relation to WooCom Any help greatly appreciated.

July 9, 2016 at 5:47 am #1079170Hi Benn,
Another support here and would like to check it too, but looks like you already deleted it. I got 404 parking page accessing those URLs.
Thanks!
July 9, 2016 at 5:51 am #1079172Hi, yeah, deleted, need to get this up and running and sounded like you were pointing me to this being a WP instance issue therefore outside your service. Will reactivate the thread if same error occurs on new WP install. Also trying to get hosting provider (iPower) input.
Thanks.
July 9, 2016 at 6:05 am #1079179Sure, do let us know if you need any assistance.
Cheers!

“Memory limit was causing the issue, Benn .
5:20:37 PM
Neilet R
I have increased the memory limit from 16M to 128M and fixed your issue.
5:20:54 PM
Neilet R
You will now be able to customize the website without any issue .”“You can adjust by going to PHP scripting at :ipower.com/controlpanel/cgiManagement/phpplus.html
5:23:48 PM”Fix was to increase memory from 16M to 128M.
Everything seems to be working right now. For your records, the above is from a chat with support at iPower (thought it might be helpful for others on their hosting service.
July 9, 2016 at 4:26 pm #1079567Thanks for sharing! Yes, 16mb is kind of low 64mb is just for Woocommerce, then other softwares requires memory allocation too.
