esdesignsAUParticipantURL: http://www.stratfordnaturaltherapies.com.au
WordPress Version: 4.7.2–en_AU
X: 4.6.4 Child Theme
Cornerstone: 1.3.3Hi there,
When using Firefox (V. 51.0.1) and Chrome (V. 56.0.2924.87) my website more often than not, will white page error. If I am persistent with refreshing I can get it to work, which indicates to me that the problem could be a memory error.
Using Microsoft Edge never results in a white page error, so I have been building on this browser. In an attempt to fix the white page error, I deactivated all third party plugins, which proved unfruitful. I then decided to deactivate Cornerstone, yet still the problem persisted.
Once I reactivated Cornerstone I attempted to load a page in the Cornerstone builder, however a script conflict now occurs, and the Cornerstone items of the page never load.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I checked your site on both FireFox and Chrome browsers and it loaded fine at the first attempt, so I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.
Please clear cache and check again.
Hope it helps.

ChristianModeratorI logged in and tested Cornerstone in your site and it works fine. No errors at all. Are you using browser extensions in Firefox and Chrome? If so, please deactivate them all. If not, it could only be an issue with your specific machine.
Thanks.

esdesignsAUParticipantI was using browser extensions, I disabled them and still get the same problem.
The Cornerstone script conflict error is still persisting too. Not only does Cornerstone take a long time to load up (sometimes it will never load), resulting in the ‘Script Conflict’ message, but now also text will not refresh on certain elements (such as Text and Custom Headline), and results in the page not being able to be saved.
My hosting provider is Digital Pacific, could this be to do with a conflict between X/Cornerstone and this hosting provider? I also changed the PHP version to PHP 7 in my cPanel.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you would like my cpanel/ftp credentials.

esdesignsAUParticipantIt appears the only page with a problem with cornerstone is:
http://www.stratfordnaturaltherapies.com.au/linda/?cornerstone=1
It began to bug out once I started inserting h4/ul/li tags into the text element.

ChristianModeratorThanks for the additional info. I tried logging to your site but the credentials doesn’t work anymore.
This could be due to Mod Security rules. Please check with your host if specific strings are restricted.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorJust added an h4/ul/li in your problem page and it works. See http://www.stratfordnaturaltherapies.com.au/linda/.
This looks like an issue on your specific machine only. Since this works on our end, regretfully, we could not investigate further. Please contact a third party developer to fix the issue on your end.
Thanks.
